Erland likes a certain demureness, and tends to seek people who are lonely and maybe a bit awkward. It's hard to really describe it, since Erland has a pretty decent variety of girls and they don't especially match this format. Though, for convenience's sake Erland prefers girls who, while able to stand up to him if necessary, will usually default to what he says to do. He likes being the center of attention that way, I guess. Also preferably Bi. You know, for cohesion's sake.

At currently rate? Guard expects he'll at least persist, since he's trying to make sure that Adam's creditably gets shot. His goals mainly are a subject of survival. He feels like Seku, normally, squanders himself by not being able to move forward past his own clingy issues, and is generally unmotivated.

I think the biggest differences in personality-- and note that right now, he's trying to be as accurate to Seku as he can to not arouse suspicion-- is that he's a lot more proud than Seku. He knows he's better and actually stronger than the average Guard, especially due to Seku's abilities. He's more desperate too though, and is willing to do things that would usually make Seku uneasy (like stealing) to do what he wants to do. Also, Guard holds grudges very easily. Heavy grudges.

Shikou would consider it if Shiroko's luck with psychologists didn't always turn out poorly. That and he has given her the information before for his own therapist but she apparently stopped going to see her, so he doesn't push it.

What do you feel was Adam's main reason for going after Seku, way back when he left North School? Adding in the stuff we know now and the fact that Adam was the King.

... So is kind of an older type of guy. He likes girls and heavily respects them, but expects a point of "Listen to what I'm saying and conform". Hrm.

Gwen's angry because despite her incredibly bitchy lowbrow attitude, she's a genius. A very respectable genius in the sense she's extremely smart, things come quite naturally and easy to her. Basically she's the girl who aces the tests, the school run meet, and a talented cook. Everything is sublimely easy to her.

Which is why she's so fucking mad: She's bored to the point she's murderously angry. She can't stand things being so dull and easy and pointless. That she's a rage driven bitch.

A combination of not liking the position, being far more impressed with Sekuta, and well. Traveling outside the weird crazy homo frontier town of the north is nice.

What do Sadame and Shian like most about being girls?

For all Erland says about trying to be equal, he still has an ego to him, and for certain things he really wants his way. I think one issue with him wanting to tear things up is that he doesn't feel respected, which makes him think he's been too soft, which transitions to 'gotta wreck something up'.

It's mostly the little things, a general sense that people think they could take him if they wanted, and the kind of treatment that comes with that mentality. Also, Akuroou taking the ring didn't help.

Incidentally, I think I have a head-canon for what happened with all that: The ring, trying to get Akuroou good and riled up, ended up abusing his body too much. It likely caused his various glands to produce more adrenaline and testosterone than they could support, and they eventually shut down, so when Akuroou felt a loss, he literally had nothing in him for a second wind. The ring, frustrated and unable to get any response from him anymore, just tried to lash out.


Yuzuki though... I think she alternates between very classical 'zen' music which she uses for meditation, and probably a rock or even rap to 'pump up' with. I could see grunge/rap being her general preference.


Do any of your characters have a deep regret?

Exist. Continue existing, at least in some form. Even if it as an aspect of Seku's head.

Hmm... that's a good question. I don't think Sadame likes anything in particular about it-- given the choice, Sadame would be a guy, no matter what.

But for Shian... if they had to consider liking it, they'd admit that it's because it's an escape for them. They feel different overall, and they want to be different. They don't feel better or worse comparatively, but it all works into escapism instead.

Generally, imagining that he's not in Domino. That he's not himself. That he doesn't know anyone. That he's anything else. Which is why he thinks so heavily or enjoys indulgent pleasures like bathing, even if he's really tense despite that. The main problem with Shian's fantasies is that he knows he'd be too terrified to ever make them a reality.

Suguru is in a permanent state of "do not want", and if she were not so attached to her windy powers, she would've opted out of the contract by now. She really doesn't like the idea of serving anyone, especially not while she's dead, friend or not.

Because, like I said, Shian is terrified of them becoming a reality. The reason they're a fantasy escape is because they're merely fantasy-- he doesn't enjoy the idea of becoming disassociated from himself. He doesn't mind imagining it, but doing so? Nope.

What types of pets would any of your characters own?

Utonagan or Irish Wolf Hound. A big nice dog. Something that likes big eras of territory that are mansion sized.

Alternatively an exotic bird or dragon.
