::If you are going through the Park, Downtown or anywhere in the city, you can come across a a woman wearing a helmet and cloak sitting at a table.
It has a sign next to it reading "Tarot Readings, Palm Readings, and Psychic Divination. Pick One for 100 Yen."
Perhaps you'd like to take a chance.::

King of Wands, reverse. The present. You desire inspiration, creativity, boldness and charisma. But you are blockedon the matter for some reason in your past. You are a mouse caught in a maze it cannot escape. Every choice gets you nowhere. The energy you need to accel is beyond your reachya~
::She flips a card over. It is a great horned demon sitting atop a throne on a pillar, surronded by slaves with loose collars. Of course, the art is upside down.::
XV - The Devil, reverse. This card represents whatever is opposing you. What opposes you is a force that tempts you, that you feel like you should resist, but you can barely deny it. You insist on staying to stricter morals, avoiding the temptation. Your opposition is a chain of something binding your neck. You fear commiting to the temptation, possibly to indulge in your lusts. You fear a relationship is gone wrong somewhere, somehow. And you refuse to do anything about it. But you hope this means you might be free of something. The general suggestion is that if your obstacle is you refuse to indulge in the nastier side of yourself, you should let it run wild, meow.
But you feel this temptation is what steals your drive and creativity~
::She flips another card over, below the King and Devil. It depicts a noblewoman surronding by luxuries, as she holds a falcon::
The Nine of Coins, upright, nya. This card represents the source of your woes. It is possibly due to an excessive indulgence in luxury, reading and learning. You ended up where you are due to demands of discipline and self control. You refused to touch the Devil, spining it upside down, nya. You found self-comfort but not wealth. But this comfort has left you lacking in inspiration and boldness to do what you need, your discipline has made you meek and small, chuchu~
::She slides the Nine of Swords to the left olf the Devil and King of Wands.::
The Nine of Swords, upright. In the past, you worried and doubt, feeling anxious. You were depressed over something. But now is the time to stop worrying about your fears and anxieties. Let them fade away. In a few years they won't even matter, nya. These fears are something you have dealt with, and now it is time to let go. It is time to realize the thing you thought was a nightmare wasn't so bad after all in the end...
::She flips over, showing a strange wizard, standing before a table covered in coins, swords, wands, and chalices. It is placed above the Devil and King of Wands.::
I - The Magician, upright, nya. You believe you should be a force of creativity, that you must be creative. You must focus on the tasks at hand. You are obsessed about understanding what to do and why to do it. You insist you must be single-minded in your goals, that you must become something that brings the Divine and Spiritual to the Material, make an idea reality, chuchu~ You feel you should be acting. That it will lead you to greater knowledge and results. You desire to become wise, and a font of action for it, and that your goal is the goal you should follow. This singlemindedness is what you constantly insist is your future~ What you've set your heart on for years.
The Magician shows you expect to act, but the Nine of Coins says you just want to learn. You insist you must be a doer, but you are merely after knowledge, chuchu~

The Nine of Cups, reverse~ The Nine of Cups represents a wish come true, but reversed, and this is your future. It says that the Magician fails. A family or friendship will shatter. Those close to you will be indifferent. Those you feel tied to will cause each other misery and pain. Abuse. Divorce. Indulgence. A family that will not be a family. Your dreams will be torn apart, and will fail. But you should embrace it, realize that this had to happen. And this will be very very soon. The nightmare is over, but you still have to go through the hurting part of things. Or it could mean there was a split in family you NEED to fix before moving onto anything else.
::She flips over a card. A giant spinning wheel controlled by a child, a woman, and a crone, but it is upside down. It is to the right and at the bottom of the table.::
X - The Wheel of Fortune, reverse. This card represents you as you are, as you see yourself, as you show yourself, as you could be. You see yourself as someone suffering from bad luck, as someone brushed over or pushed aside. You feel your energies to move up are being pushed down. The wheel to fortune's axle is broken. You are going down. You feel you must deal with the inevitable before even asking for help. That whatever you do is going to go awfully. That you are destined for futility instead of fortune. That you can't trust your oppurtunities and aid, nya. You feel you are damned and a failure, nya.
::Flips over a card, now a woman sitting on a throne, hiding a wilderness covered by the moon. She is upsidedown, it is above the Wheel.::
II - The Priestess, reverse. This represents your enviornment and how people see you. There is a secret being hidden, and those close to you know it. There is an answer that is needed, but cannot be found. People see you as unwilling to tell the truth. They think you're holding back to hurt them possibly. They see you as brilliant, but your mood is unintelligble and downright scary. They don't know if you're going to cooly help or be an absolute ass about things. They see you as useless or fidgety, and that you cannot make a decision. But they might be seeing something you want to hide. Essentially a twisted High Priestess represents a complete loss of control. You who are, nya, someone who wants contro, has it not, in the eyes of others. You are indecisive.
Which counters your dream to be decisive to the Magician, to pursue your goals. You seem to them like you'll never do anything, despite you have a dream to do so, nya.

Knight of Cups, reverse. This represents a fundamental but ignored factor. A lesson you need to learn. Something you haven't considered. It also represents your hopes and fears. What you suspect is true, meow~ How to best proceed. And what this card represents is possibly, someone creative near you, or you, ends up in tragedy. Their ventures and ideals are crashing. They are suffering problems typically for a teenager, if they are. They are cynical and cold, or growing so. And it may end in disaster. They are upset, moody, frustrated and flippant. They cannot be reasoned with, because they are too changeable or depressed. Something is being blown out of proportion, nya. You fear perhaps you are building a mountain out of a molehill, or thing a puddle an ocean~
Also, perhaps, there is a fear of water that needs to be resolved or dealt with.
This represents a key person or problem, an surpising element. Dwell on something you haven't been, chuchu~
However, it is possible this card and the King of Wands are connected~ There is a conflict between the inner and the outer. The passive and the aggressive. The passionate and the tender. The intense and the meek. The force and the rest. Action over feelings. And this conflict is blocking the energy of both the King and the Knight. The cup represents introverted calm water, the wand burning passionate fire. It shows a conflict between traditions and the new ideas. Establishment vs a challenger. Being cautious over being adventurous. A desire for risk over a desire for safety. And that conflict destroys the energy, turning the Priestess upside down so she drowns the Magician's power.
::Flips over the final card. .A blind woman holding two swords.::
Two of Swords, reverse. This represents the long term future if energies do not change, chuchu. It shows that the Wheel of Fortune's energies might stay broken. No compromise will be met, a fight will continue, the King of Wands and the Knight of Cups will continue to war, nya. The wild card factor will continue to impovrish your present, as you refuse to grasp the Devil's hands and give in, over and over. If you grasp not the Devil's hand, and settle the war of the Knight and his King, you will never find the Magician's power.

... I guess this is something to dwell on, regardless.
